Through various energy techniques and tools, we harmonize body, mind, and soul. Your central nervous system calms down and is strengthened as we quiet the racing thoughts. Using a holistic approach, we enhance your physical and mental fitness with a variety of exercises, thereby positively impacting your mood and performance. Simultaneously, we support the body's self-healing and self-regulation processes. This coaching incorporates mindfulness practices as well as methods from yoga therapy and autogenic training. Content includes: meditations, affirmations, breathwork, physical exercises (asanas), and autosuggestion.
