Service Description
Our minds, like muscles, depend on regular training. This coaching focuses on your mental fitness and the power of language (inner attitude – thinking – feeling – acting). It helps you consciously manage your thoughts, regulate your emotions, and pursue your goals clearly. We'll examine your use of words and sentences, discuss alternatives, and guide you toward solution-oriented and appreciative language. The clearer your goals are, the calmer your thoughts will become. The stronger your motivation and will to achieve your goal, the higher your concentration and performance will be. We'll work with various methods to enhance your self-efficacy, self-awareness, and self-confidence. At the same time, we'll shift our focus from the here and now to the future, quiet your inner critic, declutter your mind, and create space for what truly matters. As needed, I supplement the coaching with practical mental training exercises to reinforce the effects of focused attention. Furthermore, I systematically train the coachee using various techniques to improve their mental abilities and achieve inner stability. Additional content (not exhaustive): - Coping with performance pressure, stage fright, or exam anxiety - Visualization / Imagination (e.g., goal images, success scenarios) - Affirmations & Autosuggestion - Cognitive restructuring (recognizing and re-evaluating thoughts)
